Leading at All Levels with the CASCaDE Toolkit from the NCID

December 11, 2025

Join us on Thursday, December 11 for a conversation on leadership for equity-minded campus transformation using the CASCaDE Leadership Empowerment Toolkit from the NCID. Leadership in higher education isn’t reserved just for executives — you can drive positive change on your campus whether you’re faculty, an administrator, staff — student-facing or not. In this webinar, you’ll hear a discussion among expert practitioners, moderated by Dr. Sheridan Wigginton of California Lutheran University.

CASCaDE (Change Agents Shaping Campus Diversity and Equity) is an initiative from the National Center for Institutional Diversity, committed to improving outcomes for students of color, first-generation, and low-income students. The Change Agent Empowerment Toolkit is a free resource that provides learning, reflection, and action-planning tools, and activities for practitioners who want to gain leadership skills and confidence to make change in higher education.
